​Pilot Plant:
Nueva Innovations has developed its own technology to extract industrial minerals and precious metals in bulk, out of beach sands, glacial tills and gravel deposits.
The process involves a combination of magnetic technology (super magnets) to extract magnetic susceptible minerals AND gravity separation techniques (concentrating spirals) to extract the non-magnetics and precious metals.
Although our pilot plant shown above is the mobile version of our technology, it is mainly used to evaluate properties and can be scaled up to a much larger plant-sized footprint.
Super Concentrate:

At the end of the process is a resulting concentrate that is like no other. Only the very lights (blondes) and the very heavies that are non-magnetic remain.
Equipment like Kelsey Jigs and Gemini Tables are then used to pull out rare earth gold, and other precious metals.

Company Equipment
Pilot Plant trailer consisting of twin Magnetic Separators, combined with a single Mineral Spiral Concentrator. Along side the pilot plant is our custom Gravel Trommel.
Twin-head 3D Printer used to prototype various parts on the Magnetic Separators.
3'x 5' CNC Router Table allows us to manufacture up 80% of Low Energy Magnetic Separators (LEMS) in house.
2'x3' Screen plant. Allows us to screen gravel to be used as feed into the pilot plant.
Gemini table processes up to 1/2 ton of non-magnetic mineralized concentrates from the spiral concentrator in the pilot plant.
